Zest implemented its mobile-friendly platform, starting with the Mood module from its Listen pillar, allowing employees to anonymously report their daily sentiment. This was later expanded to include Survey and Engagement Meter modules to gauge team morale and eNPS, especially during challenging periods like post-lockdown reopenings. The solution provided Loco Loca's management with real-time alerts and valuable insights, leading to a clearly measured high level of employee satisfaction and an optimized employee experience, enabling them to better support their teams in the field.
