Latécoère, an international aerospace group, sought to transform its HR operations and boost employee engagement as part of its "Ambition 2025" strategic plan. Facing the challenge of rapidly involving a global workforce, a significant portion of which worked in factories without computer access, the company partnered with Zest to deploy its engagement survey tool internationally.

Zest enabled Latécoère to launch the survey simultaneously across 14 countries in 9 languages. Their Smart Org feature provided granular analysis of the results, while a dedicated communication strategy achieved a 69.2% participation rate from 5,000 employees. The project was a historic success for the company, fostering global collaboration and providing the data needed to implement targeted action plans for improving engagement and corporate culture.
