Enedis, a French electricity distribution network operator and part of the EDF group, faced the challenge of maintaining social ties and collaboratively acting on its annual employee survey results during a period of remote work and social distancing. The company's HR department needed to replace its traditional physical workshops with a remote solution to foster dialogue and identify areas for improvement, using Zest as their chosen tool for this initiative.
The solution implemented with Zest involved creating remote e-learning workshops. Zest was used to form thematic working groups via its key drivers feature and to prepare the workshop content through polls sent to 60 employees. This process enabled Enedis to build a collaborative dialogue, strengthen social ties during the crisis, and directly target the themes from their annual survey. The successful use of Zest contributed to an improvement in the annual survey's results.
