Vitesco Technologies Italy, a manufacturer of automotive components, faced challenges with machine downtime and false scrap detection on their fuel injector assembly lines due to failing pneumatic valves. They engaged the vendor Zerynth to implement a solution for predictive maintenance and remote monitoring.

Zerynth provided a solution using their 4ZeroBox control unit and Zerynth Device Manager to collect and process machine data. This system enabled 24-hour malfunction prediction, 100% remote monitoring, and a 50% reduction in manual operations. The results for Vitesco Technologies Italy included increased productivity, minimized false scraps, and significantly reduced downtime.
