AmesburyTruth, the North American division of Tyman plc that supplies windows and door components and employs over 3,000, was growing rapidly through acquisitions. That growth brought new data centers and applications to consolidate while their legacy tape/cloud backup approach produced poor RPOs/RTOs, was resource‑intensive, and didn’t align with a new cloud‑first requirement to use Microsoft Azure for disaster recovery.

The company implemented Zerto’s IT Resilience Platform to replicate workloads across on‑premises sites and Azure, simplify migrations and consolidate data centers. The result: RPOs improved by more than 90 (to seconds) and RTOs were cut in half (to about 4 hours), migrations completed faster with no extended outages, backup management overhead was eliminated so staff could focus on strategic work, and adoption of Azure became fast and straightforward.
