How OpenClassrooms uses zeroheight to serve user needs and impact revenue

OpenClassrooms, a fast-growing online education company, needed to scale its product and design organization after a major surge in students and a team expansion from seven designers to more than 20. To keep up with growth while focusing on student outcomes and revenue goals, they needed a more consistent way to align design and development around user needs. They turned to zeroheight and its design system platform, Classify.

Using zeroheight, OpenClassrooms created a single source of truth for reusable components, assets, templates, and guidelines, with Storybook integration to make contributions easier across teams. The result was faster changes, improved accessibility and consistency, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. OpenClassrooms also measured adoption through developer eNPS scores of 8–9, design feedback sessions, and component usage tracking, showing that zeroheight helped transform their product development workflow and influence a systemic mindset across the company.
