A Zerocopter Case Study
The Municipality of The Hague works to protect privacy-sensitive and business-critical information while keeping municipal services reliable and secure. As remote working and digital services expanded, the city needed a stronger way to identify cyber risks, prioritize vulnerabilities, and improve digital resilience. It partnered with Zerocopter, using its vulnerability disclosure and triage service to support its information security efforts.
Zerocopter helped The Hague manage reports from ethical hackers through coordinated vulnerability disclosure, triaging findings for validity, reproducibility, severity, and reward. The collaboration also supported events like Hack The Hague and ongoing monitoring of IoT devices, helping the municipality respond faster to weak spots and strengthen awareness across the organization. The result was improved digital resilience, increased security awareness, and a more proactive approach to cyber security.
