Sustainable Harvest, a relationship-driven coffee importer using its Relationship Coffee Model and tools like Growerspace and RITS, needed a more efficient way to collect and manage producer and impact data that had previously been gathered by phone and spreadsheets. To modernize data collection across varied environments—including offline fieldwork in Rwanda—and to better track outcomes for programs like the Relationship Coffee Institute, Sustainable Harvest implemented Zerion Software’s iFormBuilder.

Using Zerion Software’s iFormBuilder, Sustainable Harvest built configurable surveys, leveraged iFormBuilder’s API to auto-populate Growerspace, and relied on offline capability to capture data in low‑connectivity areas. The solution sped up data collection and processing, enabled real‑time event reporting (e.g., live cupping results), streamlined Checkmark compliance checks, and made it possible to measure impact metrics such as training attendance and changes in income; data exports to XML/JSON/XLS further improved downstream analysis.
