Seymour Whyte Group, a publicly listed infrastructure provider delivering major projects nationally, was hampered by disparate paper-based safety processes and limited insight into inspections, actions and plant status. To achieve a “fully integrated, fully mobile” vision and reduce dependence on internal development, they chose Zerion Software’s iFormBuilder platform for configurable, form-based mobile data capture and integration with existing systems.

Zerion Software implemented iFormBuilder with tiered inspection forms, QR-coded plant records, and integrated action management, deployed to over 150 field users. Within the first month the project team completed 85% of KPI safety inspections on iPad; paper was eliminated, inspection and action data now feed safety and plant databases for reporting and faster closeout, and internal development bottlenecks were reduced—improving compliance, visibility and overall workplace safety.
