Neverthirst, an international Christian non-profit organization, works to bring clean water to underserved communities in countries including Cambodia, India, Nepal, South Sudan, and Sudan. In Cambodia, the organization needed a better way to track household bio-sand filter installations and follow-up visits, since its previous paper-and-spreadsheet process was time-consuming and left no automated way to calculate usage rates or program effectiveness.

With Zerion Software’s iFormBuilder, Neverthirst automated its reporting workflow by generating follow-up visit dates, storing data in Google Drive, and sending monthly updates to local partners. The system gave teams real-time visibility into visit status, data, and results, while reducing manual tracking and errors. By the end of 2015, Neverthirst had implemented 500 bio-sand filters in two provinces in Cambodia, and it reported that over 95% of the filters were being used each day.
