Concern Worldwide, an international NGO focused on reducing extreme poverty, was collecting M&E data with iFormBuilder but faced slow, error-prone analysis: exports came in multiple subform tabs that required manual pasting and up to 60 filters, large datasets timed out over unreliable connections, and processing could take 2–3 hours per dataset. To address these challenges, Concern turned to Zerion Software, which developed the Custom Excel export solution.

Zerion Software’s Custom Excel consolidates multi-form and multiple-choice data into a single Excel tab and supports exports up to 100,000 records without timeouts, removing the need for manual filtering. As a result, Concern Worldwide eliminated timeout errors, cut out tedious filtering, improved data readability for analysis, and significantly reduced the time spent building and analyzing reports.
