Concern Worldwide, a global humanitarian organization working in 50 countries, faced slow, error-prone pen-and-paper data collection that hampered standardizing indicators, timely reporting, and program decision-making. To address needs for user-friendliness, offline capability, secure storage, and real-time sync, Concern partnered with Zerion Software and adopted iFormBuilder (later adding Dataflow and Reports).

Zerion Software implemented mobile forms, scripted consent/eligibility flows, automated calculations and syncing, and dashboard reporting, replacing manual entry and reducing human error. The solution standardized data across countries, cut time spent processing and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, enabled near real-time monitoring of needs and program impact, and increased field-team productivity.
