BSA, an Australian public engineering and communications services company, created a Mobile Business Technologies division to help clients standardize field processes in a cost-effective, low-risk way while meeting government privacy and compliance requirements. To achieve this, BSA selected the iFormBuilder platform from Zerion Software as its recommended field-based solution for rapid design, development and deployment of mobile data-capture applications.

Zerion Software’s iFormBuilder was rolled out across BSA’s Technical Maintenance Services and other units to handle work orders, timesheets, hazard documentation, stock management, purchase orders and kiosk logon/off—integrating via APIs to support automated workflows. The implementation has been used every hour of every day for four years, giving BSA measurable insights into time-to-complete works, mean time between failures, and labour costs (budget vs. actual), improving compliance and operational control; BSA also won the iFormBuilder Distinguished Project Award and became a certified partner.
