Bayer Crop Science faced a complex global challenge managing field trials across 12 countries with differing regulatory requirements, tight seven-day reporting windows, mixed devices used by internal and external researchers, and strict traceability and role-based access needs. To modernize and automate these workflows, Bayer Crop Science engaged Zerion Software and adopted Zerion’s FormBuilder solution to support remote data entry and integrate with their .NET web application.

Zerion Software implemented a cloud-based FormBuilder mobile app (BYOD for Android and iOS) tied to a centralized web server and reporting dashboards, with role-based “notebooks,” a GxP workbench for compliance review, and an API for visualization. The solution delivered real-time country and trial dashboards, streamlined permit and audit tracking, easier data correction workflows, and has reduced maintenance and implementation costs while improving global consistency and responsiveness.
