Axalta Coating Systems worked with Zerion Software because its paper-based data collection and reporting processes were slowing productivity and limiting growth. Data from paint intake, mixing, application, and inspections was being gathered manually and entered more than once, making it difficult to report on and use effectively.

Zerion Software implemented iFormBuilder as part of Axalta’s AMP platform, with offline data collection, mobile forms, dashboards, and integrations with tools like Salesforce. The result was increased productivity, improved process insight, enhanced inspections, greater accountability, and stronger team ownership, while also helping eliminate manual data entry and costs that could have fallen on Axalta.
