Veriforce Switched to Zephyr for Jira to Streamline QA Processes

Veriforce, a compliance-software provider serving more than 190 organizations, needed to modernize QA as it migrated development from a legacy docnet app to Mendix. Previously using TFS, their QA team required a solution that would integrate tightly with Jira, support test-case management by story, enable regression planning across releases, and provide cloud access for distributed teams working across time zones.

By adopting Zephyr for Jira, Veriforce moved test-case creation into Jira (based on acceptance criteria), used Zephyr’s importer and hierarchical folders, and created defects directly from failing steps with Capture for Jira. The result was improved traceability from requirements through executions and defects, clearer reporting on test progress, better workload management via Agile Test Boards, and faster, more efficient sprint cycles that accelerated their speed to market.
