Hyundai tests Telematics with Zephyr Enterprise

Hyundai AutoEver America, Hyundai’s Anaheim-based telematics provider for Blue Link services, needed to improve QA for its vehicle software. QA Manager Dharmveer Sidhu and his team were struggling with Excel-based test management that made reporting slow, lacked traceability between testcases, requirements and defects in JIRA, and provided no single view of manual and automated tests.

They implemented Zephyr Enterprise, gaining bi-directional JIRA integration, Selenium integration, configurable dashboards and built-in reporting. Today Zephyr supports about 12 projects and 2,000 test cases, delivering end-to-end traceability, faster reporting via shareable dashboards, better test automation visibility, improved QA productivity, and clearer status communication—helping Hyundai produce safer, higher-quality products.
