Acerta Makes the Move from Legacy to Legendary Test Management

Acerta, a Belgian HR services provider with more than 1,300 employees across 38 offices, needed to modernize its test management after finding HP Quality Center costly, overly complex and poorly supported. As development and QA processes evolved and the company standardized on JIRA, Acerta required a solution that improved Dev–QA collaboration, provided tight JIRA integration and delivered practical test management features and reliable support.

Acerta deployed Zephyr Enterprise, gaining a scalable, easy-to-use platform that links test cases to JIRA issues, supports multiple projects and up to 10,000 test cases, and speeds setup through cloning, drag-and-drop workflows and reusable test assets. The result was faster project kickoffs, clearer real-time dashboards and metrics for management, better developer–tester collaboration, improved vendor support—and a path to integrate automation (Selenium/CI) for higher-quality, lower-cost releases.
