Law Society of Scotland delivers a fully upgradeable personalised member portal with Zentso

The Law Society of Scotland, the regulatory body for Scottish lawyers, needed to update and personalize its member portal. They engaged Zentso to implement a new design within their RiSE content management system while maintaining standard iMIS iParts. Their challenge was to create dynamic elements, such as personalized links and reminders for users based on their CRM data, and to integrate favorites from their Umbraco CMS into individual iMIS contact records.

Zentso implemented its Viewz iPart and Query RSS iPart solutions to create personalized links and dynamic news feeds based on IQA queries. A custom WebToolz page was developed to seamlessly bring member favorites from Umbraco into their iMIS profiles. The solution delivered a highly user-friendly and effective portal that was completely upgradeable. Most importantly, Zentso provided the Law Society of Scotland with the tools to easily see and alter the business logic behind all the personalization, empowering them to build better connections with their members.
