Blueprint Smiles, a dental support organization with six locations, sought to further optimize its revenue cycle management. The customer aimed to increase the timeliness of payment posting and shift its collections from paper checks to electronic funds transfer. They partnered with Zentist to leverage the capabilities of its Remit AI service and continue their journey of operational improvement.

By implementing Zentist's Remit AI platform, Blueprint Smiles automated its EOB and ERA flow and achieved daily bank reconciliation. This allowed them to shift their primary payment method from checks to EFT, increasing EFT usage from 32.5% to 93.8%. The timeliness of payment posting improved by 57%, reducing the process from 93 hours to under 40 hours. As a result, Zentist helped the organization achieve a remarkable 99.6% revenue collection rate, a significant increase from their historical rate of 96%.
