Shively Sporting Goods, a Kentucky-based retailer established in 1968, faced a sudden collapse in sales after a major vendor fallout that exposed heavy reliance on Amazon FBA and a need to diversify channels quickly. Using Zentail’s PIM and multichannel listing tools (integrated with SkuVault for warehouse operations), Shively launched to eBay, Walmart, BigCommerce and more, moved inventory into its own warehouses, and automated syncs and fulfillment.
