Pet Wish Pros, a Georgia-based pet supply retailer that launched online in 2008, was struggling to scale multichannel operations—pricing, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment—after outgrowing its previous platform, Sellbrite. To regain control of pricing and inventory across Amazon, eBay and its own site, Pet Wish Pros adopted Zentail and its suite of tools, including Algorithmic Repricer, Inventory & Order Management, and Analytics & Reports.
