McCombs Supply Company Inc. is a third‑generation, family‑owned home appliance and HVAC parts supplier that needed to scale e‑commerce beyond its brick‑and‑mortar roots and accelerate marketplace expansion while managing inventory and operations. In 2015 they partnered with Zentail to add marketplaces (starting with Amazon) and to run programmatic Google Shopping Ads and integrations for multi‑channel listing and fulfillment.
Zentail implemented marketplace integrations, a programmatic Google Shopping Ads service, and centralized order/inventory management, quickly adding Amazon, Jet.com, Walmart and Google Shopping Actions to McCombs’ sales mix. The results were dramatic: webstore sales grew 600%, webstore now represents ~26% of revenue with a 15% ROAS, total revenue roughly tripled (3x), Amazon reached 9% of online revenue within a month, and the company scaled to over 32,000 orders per month — outcomes credited to Zentail’s platform and services.
