How DNW Outdoors launched to three new marketplaces while growing their Amazon sales by 10%

DNW Outdoors, a family‑owned outdoor retailer founded in 2002, grew its online business rapidly after joining Amazon but hit major operational pain after a promotional trial with ChannelAdvisor: mismanaged settings, deleted listings, manual repricing, frequent oversells and a process that wasn’t scalable. Seeking a better ecommerce automation partner, DNW Outdoors turned to Zentail to stabilize and scale their multichannel operations.

Zentail implemented automated repricing (Buy Box Repricer), a ShipStation integration, and fast product uploading and marketplace onboarding, launching DNW onto Walmart, Facebook and BigCommerce while expanding Amazon listings. With Zentail, DNW now lists over 31,000 products, added 4x more sales channels in six months, achieved a 12% YOY lift overall (including a 29% YOY increase on Amazon), eliminated regular overselling, and saw a 16% increase in AOV.
