Candle Warmers makes a bold entry into D2C ecommerce with Zentail

Candle Warmers, a maker of safer home fragrance systems, wanted to move beyond big‑box wholesale and aggressively expand into direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce, but its legacy systems were holding it back. NetSuite handled wholesale but wasn't built for fast‑moving D2C needs, and the team had a poor experience with ChannelAdvisor that left them overselling and unable to scale listings, order routing and inventory across new channels. To solve this, Candle Warmers evaluated and selected Zentail’s commerce platform.

Zentail implemented a real‑time integration with NetSuite, centralized product, order and shipping data, and enabled multi‑channel listing across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google and Facebook Marketplace (plus ShipHawk integration for shipping). The result: a 170% jump in online sales in the first 90 days, Amazon sales more than doubled over a year, 4x more sales channels, 300+ listings managed in Zentail, and significantly reduced overselling — all backed by attentive support from Zentail.
