PzPalmtree, run by Julie and Derek Hoare, is an online shop selling affordable everyday items via their website and eBay. Facing supply-chain and fulfilment challenges and wanting to adopt Royal Mail’s new 2D barcode system, they selected Zenstores for order management and postage integration, linking eBay Selling Manager through Zenstores to NetDespatch and Royal Mail.

Zenstores implemented a fast integration so PzPalmtree were up and running in a couple of hours; with a click in Zenstores they can produce an invoice and a thermal postage label, and the eBay–NetDespatch–Royal Mail workflow is automated. According to the owners, Zenstores “saves us a number of hours a week,” offers a customisable layout for single or multiple users, and has improved their ability to fulfil orders reliably while responding quickly to enhancement requests.
