Case Study: LiveMoor achieves scalable, automated dispatch and saves 15 hours/week with Zenstores

A Zenstores Case Study

Preview of the LiveMoor Case Study

How LiveMoor have been able to manage their orders, speed up dispatch times and scale their business

LiveMoor, an arts-and-crafts retailer founded in 2014 and led by General Manager Carl Coysh, was selling across eBay, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify but struggled to fulfil rapid order growth. Their manual dispatch process—printing invoices, using a franking machine and sorting into dozens of trays—consumed around 60% of their time and became a bottleneck. To solve this, LiveMoor turned to Zenstores and its order management/dispatch automation platform.

Zenstores imported orders from all sales channels, enabled filtering by SKU/ASIN and merged multiple orders for the same customer to cut postage costs, eliminating manual sorting and speeding up pick-and-pack. The implementation saved about 15 hours per week, removed the dispatch bottleneck and gave LiveMoor scalable infrastructure to expand (they’re moving to larger premises and planning a 50% product range increase), with Zenstores cited as key to supporting future growth.
