Case Study: Little Card Cupboard achieves 6 hours/week time savings and streamlined multi-channel order management with Zenstores

A Zenstores Case Study

Preview of the Little Card Cupboard Case Study

How Little Card Cupboard has grown their part-time, handmade cards business onto three sales channels

Little Card Cupboard, run by Siobhan Elliott, sells handmade cards on Etsy, eBay and Shopify while she balances a job and family. Managing orders across channels by downloading lists and copying addresses was eating into her limited evenings and one afternoon a week, so she turned to Zenstores — using its dashboard and Zenstores Insights — to pull all orders together and simplify fulfillment.

Zenstores consolidated orders from all sales channels into one dashboard, enabled bulk printing of address labels and job sheets, and let Siobhan process orders chronologically rather than channel-by-channel. As a result, Zenstores has saved her about an hour a day (roughly 6–7 hours per week), freed time to create more products and launch a successful Shopify site, and provided sales and customer insights; she’s now planning Royal Mail integration to automate dispatch further.
