Maersk Container Industry (MCI) delivers global learning

Maersk Container Industry (MCI) sought an agile Learning Management System (LMS) from vendor Zensai to solve the challenge of providing consistent technical training to its vast, globally dispersed network of external service providers. Classroom training was logistically difficult and inefficient for many of the 430 depot locations, some in remote areas or on vessels with limited connectivity.

The Zensai Learn365 solution provided a cloud-based platform with a user-friendly mobile app and critical offline capabilities. This enabled MCI to effectively train over 600 users, who have completed more than 500 courses, resulting in a highly qualified service network that reduces costs and ensures smooth global operations for reefer repairs.
