Learn365 increases self-learning at BDO Denmark

BDO Denmark, a leading consulting and accountancy firm, needed to modernize its learning experience by moving away from a predominantly classroom-based, manual system. Their challenge was to find a platform that would integrate with Microsoft 365, enable on-demand self-learning, and reduce administrative burdens. They partnered with the vendor Zensai and implemented its Learn365 solution to address this.

The solution from Zensai, Learn365, was implemented rapidly and integrated seamlessly with the existing Microsoft 365 environment. The results were significant, including over 22,000 course enrollments in the first year, a dramatic reduction in manual administrative tasks, and the empowerment of subject matter experts to create and share their own courses. Zensai's platform also led to substantial time and cost savings by reducing travel and enabled uninterrupted learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
