OrciMed Builds a Scalable QMS Foundation From Day One

OrciMed Life Sciences, a global contract services organization, needed to establish a scalable and compliant electronic quality management system (eQMS) from its founding to support its rapid growth, moving away from unreliable paper and semi-digital workflows. They partnered with the vendor ZenQMS to implement a solution that could handle SOP management, training, and quality events like deviations and change controls.

ZenQMS implemented its eQMS in a phased rollout, starting with training and document modules before adding issues and change control. This solution successfully onboarded over 300 users, provided an audit-ready system with no QMS-related observations, and significantly reduced administrative burdens.
