RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchisee in the U.S. with 187+ locations and about 3,800 team members, faced inconsistent, error-prone food prep labeling from an Excel-based process that was hard to update and distribute. The old workflow caused outdated product lists at some stores and label residue on containers, creating food-safety and operational risks—so RPM turned to Zenput and its Zenput Labels solution.
Zenput implemented a centralized, configurable product list plus a native mobile app that wirelessly prints water-removable labels from tablets. As a result, RPM can guarantee every store uses the most up-to-date product list across all 187 locations, employees can print accurate, easy-to-read labels anywhere in the store, critical labeling errors have been reduced, and label residue has been eliminated—improving consistency and food safety.
