Hardee’s Franchisee Uses Zenput to Increase Accountability Across Its Operation

Westar Group, an independent Hardee’s franchisee operating 36 locations across Iowa and Nebraska, needed to improve accountability and communication between headquarters, district managers, and store employees. To replace an inefficient paper-based system, Westar turned to Zenput’s digital operations platform and mobile app to standardize audits, checklists, and task assignments across its restaurants.

Zenput digitized Westar’s critical evaluations so managers can see in real time which tasks are completed, attach photos for documentation, and trigger immediate notifications for food-safety issues. As a result, Westar achieved consistent operations across all 36 locations, eliminated lost paper forms, validated that inventory counts and discrepancy reports are submitted, and freed district managers from routine store visits so they can focus on higher-impact work.
