Vinca Rosea Spa, a ladies’ spa in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, faced the common challenge of running day-to-day operations while juggling marketing, appointments and client relationships—especially for owner Dana Hudhud, a working mother who needed remote access and better ways to target and re-engage clients who hadn’t visited recently.
