Enrich Salons, Mumbai’s largest unisex salon chain with 50+ centers across five cities, was rapidly scaling and needed real-time, actionable insight to manage growth. Leadership wanted to control excessive discounting, boost retail sales, optimize staffing and training, and detect pilferage or other operational issues quickly as performance varied across centers.

They adopted Zenoti Analytics, receiving daily emailed dashboards and using drill-down reports (discount percentage, service and product sales mix, traffic by gender, new guest vs. members) to run and monitor targeted campaigns through the platform. With these insights they adjusted staffing and training, stopped pilferage, replicated top-center behaviors, and achieved measurable results: discounting fell significantly, skin-service sales mix rose ~2–3%, retail volumes and average ticket increased, and commissions to employees improved.
