Enrich Salons, Mumbai’s largest unisex salon chain with over 50 centers across five cities, saw rising customer interest in online engagement and needed a way to capture sales from guests who couldn’t visit centers during short promotions.
In January 2014 they launched a Zenoti webstore and ran a targeted email campaign before a long weekend offering four 60‑day memberships.
