Enrich Salons Grows From 10 to 54 Salons

Enrich Salons, Mumbai’s largest unisex salon chain, scaled rapidly from 12 to 54 locations and faced the challenge of maintaining consistent operations, inventory and service quality across sites. Manual daily checks and manager estimates were no longer feasible, making it hard to detect stockouts, pilferage or low appointment trends quickly enough to act.

Enrich adopted Zenoti’s “manage by exception” alerts—about 15 triggers including low/critical inventory, deleted invoices, and low footfall—sent via SMS for urgent issues and email for routine ones. They piloted alerts at a few salons, fixed process gaps, then delegated alerts to zonal and salon managers. The result: fewer stockouts, faster detection of revenue leakage or low demand, stronger operational control, and a scalable system that supported continued growth.
