Enrich Salons, a Mumbai-based chain of 54 salons, faced a challenge: most members already received a 20% discount, yet festival campaigns required ~30% offers to attract visits, draining budgets and failing to drive retail sales or home-care product usage. Their goals were to target offers to relevant customers, reduce discount levels, increase retail purchases, and ensure clients left with appropriate home-care products.
Using Zenoti, Enrich built 60+ service-plus-product packages (customer pays for services and receives the product free), created ~20 customer segments, and promoted offers across email, web, app and in-salon channels with automated POS mapping and staff training/commission alignment. Over a two-month campaign the average discount fell to 22% (vs. 30% previously), average ticket size doubled, retail product sales rose, redemptions stayed steady, and the campaign generated more than $100,000 in additional revenue.
