Falcon Cranes saves £16,000 in 10 weeks with Zenobē

Falcon Cranes, a construction industry company, faced the challenge of inefficient and polluting fuel-powered generators for their tower cranes. As part of their sustainability commitments, they wanted to improve fuel efficiency and minimize emissions on site. They worked with the vendor Zenobē to find a solution.

Zenobē implemented a mobile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to power a crane. This solution saved Falcon Cranes an estimated £16,000 in diesel and avoided 29,000kg of CO2 emissions over a ten-week period. The system also provided reliable power during a grid outage, preventing operational disruption. The project's success demonstrated significant annual fuel savings of £80,000 for the customer.
