Northwest Federal Credit Union cuts case times from days to hours with Zennify

Northwest Federal Credit Union, one of Virginia's largest credit unions, faced challenges with slow, siloed, and inefficient internal operations due to disconnected tools and manual workflows. This made it difficult to deliver a consistent member experience. To address this, Northwest partnered with vendor Zennify to undertake a digital transformation using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Zennify implemented a phased solution, first deploying Salesforce for sales teams and later expanding it to service teams with integrated case management. They used MuleSoft to connect Salesforce to Northwest's core banking system, creating a unified member view and automating data flow. As a result, tasks that once took days were completed in hours, case times were drastically reduced, and manual data entry was eliminated. Zennify's deployment provided increased visibility and set a foundation for Northwest's future growth.
