To address these issues, Zenlayer provided Zencenter managed hosting and Zenlink dedicated network and cloud connect to improve global coverage and connect its multi-cloud environment.

Zenlayer deployed nine PoPs across Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Dallas, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong, and set up dedicated lines for data synchronization and direct cloud connections to Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud. As a result, the customer reduced network latency by 40% during peak traffic and cut packet loss from 30% to 0%, enabling smoother, interruption-free learning experiences and supporting more than 5Gbps of overall bandwidth across 9 global locations.
