ICE offers real-time and historical data access via public clouds in China with Zenlayer

ICE, a Fortune 500 financial services company, needed a better way to deliver real-time and historical market data to clients in public clouds in China and other emerging APAC markets. Existing connectivity to ICE Cloud Connect faced latency, instability, packet loss, and high costs, especially when accessing data hosted in the U.S. and delivered across roughly 600 global data streams.

To address this, ICE worked with Zenlayer using Cloud Router, Virtual Edge, and Global Accelerator to create direct, secure, high-performance connections between clients and ICE data sources. Zenlayer helped reduce latency, jitter, and packet loss while giving ICE a scalable alternative to private lines, improving access to real-time trading data and bulk historical data for clients in China more reliably and cost-effectively.
