The Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) required a flexible solution to manage complex internal IT projects and facilitate a swift digital transformation in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenge was to organize processes like staff onboarding and tech training effectively and to move their entire workflow to a virtual environment. They turned to the vendor Zenkit and its suite of project management tools to address these needs.
Utilizing Zenkit Base, MIAD created centralized collections to track training and projects, using features like Kanban views, labels, and custom fields for organization. This implementation provided a centralized knowledge base, enabled the team to track individual and group progress with ease, and allowed for a seamless shift to remote work. As a result, Zenkit helped MIAD become significantly more organized and connected, improving team collaboration and project management efficiency without the difficulties faced by many other institutions.
