The solution implemented by Zendo was a streamlined platform that served as a single source of truth for all project data, eliminating the chaos of multiple tools. A key feature was enabling immediate payments directly within a conversation. The results were significant, with the platform handling 15,000 total requests, answering 500 requests per month, and converting 30% of requests into closed projects monthly, all managed by only two agents. This internal success with the WPKraken platform was the direct precursor to the creation of Zendo.
