Zynka unifies smart property management across 2020–2024 with ZenDev

ZenDev developed an IoT smart property management integration platform for Zynka, a progressive Western European proptech company. Zynka's business challenge was that property managers struggled with fragmented systems, as each smart device required its own app, leading to complex access management and no unified way to monitor building performance or manage tenant relationships. Their initial technical solution was an MVP with hardcoded systems, non-scalable architecture, and no proper user interface.

The solution implemented by ZenDev was a full-stack platform featuring an admin portal for property staff and a mobile app for tenants. Built with React and Golang, the platform unified control of all smart devices, provided comprehensive analytics, and enabled efficient user and access management. This scalable, multitenant system is now trusted and implemented by major European real estate companies, allowing for the automation of processes and optimized energy use.
