The customer, Meela, a Swedish mental health platform, needed to automate its research-based patient-to-therapist matching process. The manual system, which relied on Excel and took over a week per match, was inefficient and caused data to be lost between steps. Meela engaged ZenDev to build a software solution to run its algorithm automatically, maintain data integrity, and scale for growth.

ZenDev built a custom web application with three distinct user panels. The solution automated the entire matching process, integrating Bank ID for secure onboarding and running the algorithm to provide instant therapist recommendations. This eliminated all manual work and created a complete data feedback loop. As a result, matching time was reduced from 7-15 days to instant, and the successful MVP helped Meela secure €2.6 million in seed funding.
