Discount Bank sought to become the first Israeli bank to fully transform its mortgage process for the digital age. Zemingo designed and implemented a solution that allowed the entire mortgage process to be completed online, one of the first such systems globally. The solution incorporated service design elements like follow-up calls and consultation meetings to ensure a smooth user experience. This reimagined digital mortgage experience provided psychological assurance to users and achieved the bank's goals of improved efficiency and reduced operational costs.
