Need/Want, a company that creates products that solve problems and tells stories through its marketing, wanted to boost revenue and move inventory with a summer sale email campaign. To improve click-through rate and conversions, they turned to Zembula and its interactive email experiences.

Using the Zembula platform, Need/Want ran two promotional emails with different Scratch-it experiences, easily cloning and customizing the creative for the follow-up send. The campaign generated a 4x lift in click-through rate on both sends, a 3% conversion rate on the first email, an additional 3.5% conversion rate on the second, and more than $9,000 in revenue, while also creating strong engagement and excitement for the brand.
