Eargo worked with Zembula to improve its customer experience by adding a live calendar widget in email. The challenge was to help prospective customers quickly see the next available appointments each time they opened an email, reducing friction in the booking process.

Using Zembula’s platform with Calendly and merge tags, Eargo built a scheduling widget that dynamically showed the next three days of available appointments whenever an email was opened. Zembula’s solution made booking easier and more timely, improving the customer experience, though no specific numerical impact was reported.
