American Meadows, an online retailer of plants and seeds, needed a better way to keep customers informed about live shipment locations and reduce WISMO (“where is my order”) calls. The company worked with Zembula to improve package tracking communications through its email-based package tracking solution.
Using Zembula’s pre-built package tracking templates, American Meadows created branded tracking emails with up-to-the-second shipment updates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and email merge tags. Zembula also enabled mobile and desktop versions for readability across devices. The result was a single-email tracking experience that helped customers monitor orders more easily and led to fewer customer service calls and inquiries about package locations.
